Yes! A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of every booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due after your photo session.

My turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. For wedding/event galleries, it is 4-8 weeks.

Absolutely, I know life just happens sometimes! If rescheduling is absolutely necessary, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.

If you need to cancel your session for any reason, just know you forfeit your $100 deposit. Please just let me know as soon as you are able to!

I typically do not provide raw files as part of my service. This is because raw files are essentially the unprocessed images straight from the camera and need editing to reach their full potential. I carefully curate and edit every image to ensure it meets my professional standards, and I want to make sure you get the best possible result.

If you have a specific need or request for different edits, please feel free to let me know, and I’d be happy to work with you on that. I offer custom editing services for any adjustments or changes you might like.

I typically include a generous number of photos in your gallery. However, if you'd like additional edited images beyond what's provided, they are available for purchase at $80 each.

1. Satisfaction Commitment

I strive to provide high-quality images and a positive experience for every client. If you are not satisfied with your final gallery, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery so I can address your concerns and make reasonable adjustments.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because photography is a creative service and the delivered images are digital, refunds are generally NOT offered once the final gallery has been delivered. However, concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

Technical issues caused by the photographer that significantly affect image quality (e.g., severe focus issues, corrupted files, or missed key moments included in the package).

Failure to deliver the agreed-upon number of edited images.

If a refund is approved, it may be partial, based on the time and work already completed (shooting, editing, processing, and delivery).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Personal preference regarding artistic style, posing, facial expressions, or wardrobe choices

Issues related to weather, personal appearance, or factors outside the photographer’s control

Clients changing their mind after receiving the full gallery

Delays caused by the client (late arrival, rescheduling, not following preparation instructions)

4. Post-Delivery Concern Window

Any concerns regarding the delivered gallery must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to allow for reasonable adjustments. After this period—and especially once images have been posted or publicly shared—refunds cannot be issued.

5. Image Usage Rights and Refund Conditions

If a refund is granted as an exception, all usage rights to the images are immediately revoked. This means:

All delivered photos must be removed from social media

All images must be deleted from all devices

The images may no longer be used or distributed in any form

Continued use of the images after a refund constitutes unauthorized use and a violation of this agreement.
